Delivery Policy

We offer delivery across Pakistan.
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp.
Please make sure your contact number and delivery address are correct while placing your order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags intact.
For hygiene reasons, worn or washed nightwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/video of the product and packaging.
Return/exchange shipping charges may apply unless the mistake is from our side.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
